Impedance & Test Alignment

Impedance (50/75 ohm) and the VSWR/return-loss test method are agreed before production so a measurement dispute does not surface at release. Test setup, frequency and limits are fixed in the RFQ.

Yes. RF assemblies are verified to the customer-approved test plan, which can include VSWR, return loss, insertion loss, and continuity, with impedance alignment where the application requires it. Test scope, frequency range, limits, and fixtures are agreed during RFQ so the quote reflects the real verification, not a generic continuity check.
Can you match impedance and handle connector shortages?
Impedance alignment (50 or 75 ohm) is part of the build review, and where a specified RF connector is on allocation we validate and propose an approved alternate rather than stall the program. Both are common on RF work — see the representative projects above.
What should I send for an RF cable assembly quote?
