FAQ

Wire harness & cable assembly FAQ

What is your MOQ for wire harness and cable assembly?
Prototype and service quantities start at 10-50 pieces so you can validate a build before release. Low-volume production runs from 100-500 pieces, and mass production from 1,000+ pieces.
How fast are samples and production?
Samples and prototypes ship in 5-7 working days for common wire, terminal, connector and test-fixture requirements. Standard production runs 15-25 working days, and a rush service can deliver in 3-5 working days at additional cost.
What is your production capacity?
We scale from prototype to high-volume production across automated cutting, crimping, harness-board assembly and 100% electrical test, adjusting capacity between our China and Philippines facilities to match your program.
Do you offer waterproof and sealed builds?
Yes. We build IP65, IP67 and IP68 constructions using overmolding (PVC, TPE, rubber), adhesive heat-shrink, potting or sealed connector systems, with braided, foil or combination shielding and EMI/RFI protection where required.
Which connectors and wire types do you support?
We terminate Molex, JST, TE, Amphenol, Hirose, Phoenix Contact and Wago systems (crimp, IDC, solder, screw terminal) from 2 to 100+ pins, including M12 and Deutsch DT/DTM. Wire options span 18AWG-32AWG in PVC, Teflon, silicone, TPE and TPU, rated up to 1000V and -40°C to +125°C.
What quality standards do your assemblies meet?
Assemblies are built under our ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality system to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2/3 workmanship, with UL, CE, RoHS and REACH compliance and IEC 60320, MIL-STD-202 and SAE J1128 test references applied as the build requires.
What quality documentation do you provide?
Every assembly can be delivered with FAI, COC and test records — continuity, hi-pot, insulation resistance, pull-force and visual workmanship results — plus lot-level traceability. PPAP / FAI is available on request.
What guarantees do you offer?
Every product is tested before shipment with a 100% quality guarantee (defective items replaced free of charge), consistent on-time delivery guarantee (a late delivery earns a 5% discount on your next order), and a 12-month warranty with technical support for the lifetime of your product.
