We treat it as a real manufacturing job, not a shortcut: drawing revision, BOM status, connector availability, crimp tooling, label rules, and 100% continuity and polarity testing are still confirmed before we commit an expedited ship date.
How fast can you actually ship an expedited harness?
It depends on the single slowest input, not on how urgent the request is. A clean drawing, an approved BOM, in-stock connectors, existing crimp tooling, and a defined test plan can move in days. A missing terminal, a non-stock wire color, an unbuilt fixture, or an open grounding question must be resolved first. We tell you the real constraint and give a feasible date rather than promising a date that depends on parts nobody has confirmed.
Do you skip testing to hit a rush deadline?
