The Challenge

The customer issued 6 separate RFQs over two months and a 64-email deep-dive technical thread, demanding strict weekly delivery, tariff mitigation, and cost competitiveness versus the incumbent.

Our Solution

We held 1–2 day response times, proactively proposed a buffer-stock (advance-ordering) strategy to hit weekly delivery and offset tariff risk, and transparently presented alternative material options.

The Result

Navigated the full qualification, secured the tooling order, and moved into the prototyping phase for mass production.
