標識計畫應定義哪些位置要標示，哪種標籤或打標方式適合環境，每個標識要包含哪些資料，以及供應商在量產放行前需提供哪些證據。
完善的 RFQ 會明確寫出位置、字高、對比、材料、讀取方向與耐久要求。料號、版本、批次代碼與測試紀錄都必須連到可追溯系統。
